Sweet and sour sauce
A variant of Chinese sweet-and-sour sauce, a martini-infused recipe.
water - 250 ml, corn starch - 1 tbsp. tablespoon, brown sugar - 7 tbsp. tablespoon, wine vinegar - 5 tbsp. tablespoon, orange juice - 5 tbsp. tablespoon, ketchup - 4 tbsp. tablespoons, lemon juice - 3 tbsp. tablespoons, tabasco sauce - 0.5 tsp, chili butter 0.25 tsp, soy sauce goustoy1 tsp, martini - 1 tbsp. spoon
How to make a sweet and sour sauce: Mix water and starch in a saucepan first. Add all other ingredients except martini. Stirring slowly, bring to a boil, until the sauce thickens. Remove the pan from the heat and add the martini. This sauce will appeal to anyone who loves sweet and sour. The sweet and sour sauce is served cold.
