Kyrgyz cuisine

The national cuisine of Kyrgyzstan, like other nomadic peoples, is quite simple. Kyrgyz dishes are mainly meat, milk and flour recipes. Kyrgyz cuisine, recipes with a photo of which describe in detail the preparation of baursaks, lagman, beshbarmak or tandem cakes, easily adapts to modern cooking conditions.
