Bread and onions
For steam, mix yeast, sugar and 8 tbsp. spoons of warm milk. Sift flour into a bowl with a slide, make a hole in the middle and pour opara into it. Cover and leave for 20 minutes. Chop the onions and garlic, fry in vegetable oil, add salt and pepper. Pour the rest of the milk, vegetable oil into the flour, add onions, garlic, salt and knead the dough. Form loaves, put on a baking sheet, allow to separate in a warm place and bake.
