cut the cheese into cubes or oblong bars. attach one or more types of vegetables cut into thin slices or wedges with a match or plastic fork to each piece of cheese. small radishes and tomatoes can be attached to cheese and whole (like berries). sprinkle vegetables with salt, when using non-spicy cheeses - and pepper.
