- for pickling mushrooms without long-term storage, it is enough to simply scald the containers with boiling water;
- water for marinade must be taken of high quality, filtered, bottled. Chlorine from tap water will ruin the taste of mushrooms;
- boil the oils in salted water for 15 minutes. Then the water needs to be changed and continue to cook for another 15 minutes;
- to prepare the marinade, you need to add salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaf and cloves to boiling water, and boil everything together for 5 minutes.
