Argentine cuisine
The national cuisine of Argentina was formed under the influence of European immigrants. Adding local foods such as maize, potatoes, tomatoes, tapioca or yam to their diet, as well as local animal meat, the colonists greatly enriched their menus and originated a concept such as Argentine cuisine.
