Orange peel in sugar in italian
Cut the orange peel into thin long slices, pour cold water and soak for 3 days. Change water three times a day. Fill again with clean water for 18 hours, change water and soak for another 18 hours. Boil the slices, eat and pour cold water, repeat the next day. After a day, cook sugar syrup, put the peel in hot syrup for 4 days. After that, lightly heat the syrup, remove the pieces of peel, roll in fine sugar, roll on a sieve and let dry. Instead of sugar, orange slices can be dipped in chocolate melted on a water bath.
