grate one two-day bread on a fine grater, mix with cinnamon and part of the sugar. first beat the cream without sugar, then add the sugar and beat it into a stable foam. put the prepared bread, jam and whipped cream in layers in a small plate. put the top layer out of the bread. garnish with whipped cream, serve with milk. If desired, grated bread along with sugar can be fried in warmed butter.
