Mix flour, salt, butter, yolks and water, knead the dough, let stand for half an hour. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, lemon juice and crushed peppercorns. Roll the dough into a layer 1 mm thick, cut into 20 squares with a side of 7 cm. Put 0. 5-1 teaspoon of filling on each square, lubricate the edges of the square with whipped proteins. Roll the squares with a tube, twist the edges, like candy wrappers. In a small saucepan, heat 250ml of vegetable oil. Put the "candy wrappers" in portions in a fryer and fry until golden brown.
